Jourdyn loves to dance! After detouring for college and spending some years lost in the 9-5, she realized how integral dance is to her soul. She discovered the joy of teaching when she got her yoga teaching certification in 2017 and has since used those skills to develop her own dance community. 

After having the idea of a community dance troupe for 10 years, she is thrilled to watch her vision come to fruition.
When she is not choreographing, she is teaching adult pop-up classes / dance conditioning, theater camps, or her 2-5 year old ballerinas. 
Jourdyn believes that dance should be accessible to anyone that wants to dance - the joy it creates should be shared! 

Lauren is a full time director, choreographer, theatre/dance teacher, and performer in the Denver/Boulder area. Whether it is teaching the 3-5 year olds at Boulder Ballet, choreographing for middle school musicals, or performing with professional theatre companies, Lauren is passionate about sharing her love of theatre and dance with people of all ages.
